# 2.13. Accounts receivable and aging reports

## Accounts receivable & payable reports (beta)

We've added a new Accounts receivable & payable page that brings your open sales and purchase invoices into Caleido.

* See incoming and outgoing invoices grouped by counterparty, with tabs for Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, or both
* Review outstanding invoices in the Aging report tab, bucketed by days past due in the standard 1-30 / 31-60 / 61-90 / 91+ format
* Track how many days each invoice is due or overdue, with overdue amounts highlighted in red
* Set an expected delay or expected payment day to model when open invoices will actually be paid
* Add open invoices to your budget with a single checkbox to pull them straight into your forecast

## Loan calculator

We've added a Loan calculator that turns loan terms into budget items, so financing shows up in your forecast without manual entry.

* Enter the principal, drawdowns, and loan terms in a simple modal
* Caleido calculates the loan payments and interest for you
* Generated budget items land on your loan finance and interest rows automatically

## Layout settings & other improvements

* Filter reports with dimension filter chips in the toolbar, step through values with the new arrow buttons, and verify advanced filters with the new expression preview
* Layout settings: adjust paddings, row height, and font size so more numbers fit on your screen without zooming out
* Label rows or cell ranges directly from the right-click or Actions menu, as an alternative to the Label panel
* Journal entry modal now copies transaction lines from the source transaction with inverted amounts, inherits dimensions, and links back to the source entry
* Sales and purchase orders from Netvisor are available as a new data source, and cash flow actuals are now more accurate for Netvisor salary side costs and Procountor VAT handling

## Bug fixes

* Sorting on report columns works again, and pasted values keep the correct decimal separator
* Previous period offset formulas now return correct budget values across multi-month ranges
* Budget cells no longer store zero when pasting or entering values, and the progress badge shows real generation progress after duplicating a budget
* Contracts page refreshes correctly on budget or tab change, and vertical line separators are back in financial reports
* Multiple other fixes and visual corrections
