# 2.15. Workspaces & charts

> New workspaces replace the Dashboard, charts gain filters and trendlines, and a flat table makes budgeting faster.

## Workspaces

We've rebuilt the Dashboard as workspaces that work just like report pages: tabs along the bottom, each with its own elements.

* Create several workspaces and switch between them from the selector in the top left
* Keep a workspace private or share it with your whole organization
* Curated workspaces replace custom views: edit them freely as your own copy and restore the default setup at any time
* Copy a tab or a single element from a curated workspace into your own

## Charts

We've expanded the chart editor so your charts are presentation-ready straight away.

* Filter chart data with the same filter chips as the financial report
* Add a trendline, including one based on the total of stacked series
* Reorder series, pick the data source and template in each series' settings, and use percentage labels and pie charts
* Open a chart as a full tab with the new **+ New chart tab** action

## Flat table & other improvements

* Flat table: show a report as a single flat list for easier budgeting, optionally with the dimension item on every line
* Formula row: click the Σ icon on a formula or subtotal row to see what the number is made of
* **Depreciation schedule** plans depreciation into your budget and can also record the purchase, and **Loan calculator** now works with a loan term and repayment day
* AR/AP: a new matching tab links invoices to budget items by drag and drop, and you can change a transaction's status (Approved, Marked as paid, Paid) for cash flow reporting
* Tables: quick and advanced filters stay in sync across tabs, new month, week and day groupings, and PNG/PDF exports run in the background without the view jumping

## Bug fixes

* The **Add filter** modal lists all dimensions again, and selected values in multi-select filters stay readable
* General Ledger export to Excel/CSV works again, and column headers wrap correctly
* Multiple other fixes and visual corrections
