# 2.16. Cash flow linking & row formatting

> Link payments to pass-through accruals for an accurate direct cash flow, format report rows, and browse templates in the new Library view.

## Cash flow linking

We've made the direct cash flow more accurate when a cost is first booked to a pass-through balance sheet account, such as accruals.

* Link one or more accrual transactions to a payment: select the transactions and search for the related payment
* The payment date and status are copied from the payment to the linked transactions and stay in sync if the payment changes
* Removing a link restores the original values
* Employees' pension and unemployment insurance contributions now show correctly in cash flow, and all system adjustment entries follow double-entry bookkeeping

## Row formatting

We've added row formatting to the template builder and tidied up the formula builder.

* Format report rows directly in the template builder
* Subtotal formulas can update automatically when rows are added beneath them
* The formula builder toolbar is reorganized (Add, Format, Modify, Remove), and formula parts show as consistent chips

## Library view & other improvements

* **Library** (new): browse all report templates on one page
* The **Actions** menu is consistent across all tables (Sort, Group, Filter, Label), and the **Contracts** page gets its own **Actions** menu and right-click menu
* Drill-down to transaction lines now also works with your own actual and budget columns
* List view grouping by quarter of year and half-year
* **Account mapping**: parent rows show their account range, accounts sort by number, the tree expands while dragging, and Shift-click selects a range of accounts

## Bug fixes

* Budgeting: **Delete** targets the selected cell's budget item, the Generating badge clears after changing an end date, and amounts load correctly when selecting an existing item
* Pasting multi-cell ranges works with new child rows, and cells are no longer marked as modified without a value change
* PNG, PDF and Copy as PNG exports work on single-table tabs, and using a formula as a chart data source no longer crashes the app
* Workspace **Overview**, **List view** and **Budget options** actions work again, and changing the date range or cadence refreshes the report data
* Multiple other fixes and visual corrections
