# Introduction to Caleido

Caleido is a financial planning and analysis (FP\&A) and business intelligence (BI) platform for growth-minded SMEs. This page gives you a quick overview of what Caleido does and who it is for.

## What is Caleido?

Caleido brings your bookkeeping data, budgets, forecasts and reporting together in one place. What sets it apart is its direct cash flow, connected to a detailed cash flow forecast. It is built for SMEs that are aiming to grow.

Caleido replaces scattered Excel files and manual processes with up-to-date, forward-looking financial management. With Caleido you can:

* Follow actuals in ready-made and custom reports that update automatically from your accounting
* Collect reports, charts and key figures into **workbooks**, organized in tabs
