# Sign in to Caleido

> Sign in to Caleido, reset a forgotten password, switch organization and log out.

This page shows you how to sign in to Caleido, how to set a new password if you have forgotten it, and how to log out.

## Sign in

1. Go to [app.caleido.io](https://app.caleido.io).
2. Enter your **Email** and **Password**. Your organization's admin creates your user account.
3. Select **Remember me** if you want your browser to remember your email and keep you signed in next time.
4. Click **Log in**.

After signing in, Caleido opens the workbook you used last. If a link brought you to the sign-in screen, you are taken back to that page instead.

## Reset your password

**1. Request a reset link**

On the sign-in screen, click **Forgot password?**. Enter the email address you use in Caleido and click **Reset password**.

**2. Open the link in your email**

Open the reset link from the email. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. The link works only once.

**3. Set a new password**

On the **Change password** page, enter your password in **New password** and **Confirm password**. The password must meet all three rules shown under the field:

* **At least 8 characters**
* **Upper and lower case letters**
* **At least one number**

Click **Change password**. You can now log in with your new password.

## Switch organization and log out

If you have access to several organizations, you switch between them from the account menu.

1. Click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar to open the account menu.
2. Choose the organization from the organization selector at the top of the menu, or click **Log out** to sign out.

Learn more about the sidebar and menus in [Navigate Caleido](https://support.caleido.io/get-started/navigate-caleido.md).
